Meet the Founder
Alvin Sehkar is the Founder and CEO with an MBA and a passion for delivering reliable, compassionate care. With experience leading healthcare teams and working at top financial institutions including Charles Schwab, Vanguard, and Capital Group, he brings strong leadership and professionalism to home care.
He is also the founder of the Benjamin Karmon Sehkar Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2015, reflecting his long-standing commitment to serving others. He founded his first home care agency in Indiana and is now expanding services to better serve families in North Carolina.
